		Gil Buddy P. Quililan, M.D. is the proprietor of The Divine Mercy Polyclinic and Diagnostic Center in Navotas City. He received his medical degree at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in 1985. He had extensive training with partner consultants in General Surgery Obstretric and Gynecology in 1987 and is also the visiting consultant in Martinez Memorial Hospital in Kalookan City.
