Medical Term “Rhytidectomy”
Removal of excess facial skin and repositions fat and muscle to reduce jowls and smooth the jawline for
   a more youthful appearance.
Standard opening is in the hairline at temple, inside opening of the ear, under and behind ear;
   several variations may exist
It is usually done under Intravenous Sedation or General Anesthesia
Cardio Pulmonary Clearance is needed prior to the procedure. Included here are: Chest X-rays,
   Blood Tests and Certain Diagnostic Exams
It is done at our center and we usually give an overnight hotel accommodation to give comfort to the patient
   since there will be a follow-up check the next day.
It usually takes 2-4 hours for the procedure to be done.
Recovery period for this procedure is form 7-10 days.
