Double Eyelid/Eyebag Removal Medical
Term: “Blepharoplasty” It
is the removal of excess sagging tissue, muscle, and/or fat
located above or below the eyes to
give a more youthful look. A
small opening is made at the upper eyelid (Double eyelid)
& lower eyelid (Eye bag Removal) and the
removal of fats is done. It
is usually done under local anesthesia It
is usually done at our center and it is an out-patient procedure. It
usually takes 30 minutes to an hour for the procedure to be
done. Recovery
period for this procedure is 5-7 days.
